the purpose of these terms and conditions is to stipulate the rights, obligations and responsibilities of gbnbox and users regarding the use of the mice integrated operating platform (hereinafter referred to as "gbnbox") built and operated by globione.
the definitions of the terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows, and terms not defined in these terms and conditions are defined in the separate terms and conditions of each service.
① these terms and conditions become effective when gbnbox posts the contents through gbnbox and the member agrees to them.
② gbnbox may, if necessary, determine and notify in advance the matters applicable to specific services (hereinafter referred to as “individual terms and conditions”). if there are separate terms and conditions for each specific or specific service in relation to the use of these services, the effect of those terms and conditions takes precedence over these terms and conditions.
③ gbnbox may amend these terms and conditions within a reasonable range that does not violate related laws, such as the act on the regulation of terms and conditions, the act on promotion of information and communications network utilization and information protection, etc. it is specified and notified on the initial screen of the homepage from 7 days before the effective date to the day before the effective date. however, if the contents of the terms and conditions are changed unfavorably to the member, the contents before and after the revision are clearly compared with a grace period of 15 days or more, and the contents are marked and announced so that the members can easily understand.
④ the revised terms and conditions pursuant to paragraph 2 of this article will be notified to members by means such as posting on the homepage, and will take effect from the date specified in the supplementary provisions of the terms and conditions. if a member does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, the member may cancel membership registration (or withdraw from membership) at any time by application, and if the member continues to use the service without expressing his/her intention of rejection within 7 days from the effective date of the changed terms and conditions this constitutes consent to the change.
⑤ agreeing to these terms and conditions means that you agree to regularly visit gbnbox to check the changes in the terms and conditions, and in spite of the notice in accordance with paragraph 4, you are not aware of the information on the changed terms and conditions, and you are responsible for damages to users kotra does not take any responsibility.
matters not specified in these terms and conditions are subject to the provisions of related laws, such as the framework act on telecommunications, the telecommunications business act, and the act on promotion of information and communications network utilization and information protection, etc.
the contract of use is established by the consent of gbnbox to the user's application for use and the consent of the user to the terms and conditions.
application for use can be made through the internet by recording the items requested by the user in the prescribed membership application form set by gbnbox. all information of users entered in the online membership application form is regarded as real data, and users who do not enter real names or real information cannot receive legal protection and may be restricted from using the service.
① gbnbox may accept exceptions to cases falling under paragraphs 2 and 3 when the user applies for use by accurately filling out all the details of the membership application form set forth in article 6.
② gbnbox may withhold approval of any application for use that falls under any of the following subparagraphs.
③ gbnbox may refuse to accept an application for use if the applicant has a history of violating these terms and conditions and related laws, or if the application for use violates these terms and conditions, or if it falls under any of the following subparagraphs.
members can directly modify or request modification through the internet if there is a change in the personal information entered at the time of application for use.
① in principle, individual members use one id.
② even if you are converted to a corporate member, a separate 'corporate member id' is not created, and you can log in with your 'individual member id' and then act as a corporate member.
③ all management responsibility for member id and password lies with the subscriber who owns the member id. gbnbox does not take any responsibility for any loss or damage caused by leakage, transfer, rental, or other negligent management of id and password not by gbnbox's actions.
④ for safe management of member id and password, members must take the following measures. all responsibility arising from negligence lies with the member himself.
⑤ corporate members must thoroughly manage member ids in-house to prevent leaks and changes of important company information in advance. gbnbox is not responsible for any damages such as service use caused to the company due to negligence of employees and member ids of corporate members.
⑥ member id cannot be shared or transferred. if a member shares or transfers a member id without prior consultation with gbnbox, gbnbox may suspend the use of the member id.
gbnbox protects the user's personal information in accordance with the relevant laws and gbnbox's privacy policy, and does not disclose or distribute personal information, including user registration information, to third parties without the user's consent. however, this is not the case when there is a request from a state agency under the provisions of laws such as the framework act on telecommunications, when there is a request for the purpose of investigating a crime, or when there is a request according to procedures stipulated by other related laws.
① members must comply with these terms and conditions and the matters stipulated by related laws. in addition, in relation to the use of the service, you must comply with the restrictions on use in the separate terms and conditions announced or posted for each specific or specific service.
② members must not engage in any of the following acts when using the service.
③ members cannot conduct sales activities using the service, and gbnbox is not responsible for the results of sales activities that violate the terms and conditions of members.
④ members cannot transfer the right to use the service or other status under the contract of use to another person, and cannot provide it as collateral.
① gbnbox may limit members' memory space, message size, and storage days for efficient service operation. we reserve the right to edit and move the contents registered in gbnbox without prior notice, and may delete without prior notice in the following cases.
② all civil and criminal responsibilities, including copyright infringement, arising from post images, text, and videos (including attachments) lie with the person who posted the post, and gbnbox is not responsible for them.
③ the copyright of the posts registered in GBNBOX belongs to the publisher as long as it does not infringe the rights of third parties. the right to publish in GBNBOX belongs to GBNBOX.
④ gbnbox can expose posts registered by members on search sites or related sites, and can be used for free for promotional purposes and other materials. in addition, gbnbox may reproduce, display, transmit, and distribute member postings within the service provided by gbnbox, and may create secondary and editorial works. however, if the member who registered the post requests deletion or suspension of use of the post, gbnbox will immediately delete or stop using it, except for matters that must be preserved in accordance with relevant laws. the copyright and intellectual property rights for the works created by gbnbox and the consignment company belong to gbnbox.
⑤ if the content of information posted or registered by a member in gbnbox is information that infringes on the rights of others, such as invasion of privacy, defamation, copyright infringement, or intellectual property infringement (hereinafter referred to as "infringing information"), the infringed person may report to gbnbox in the case of a request to delete the infringed information or to post a refutation by explaining the fact of infringement, gbnbox takes necessary measures such as deleting the infringed information without delay and temporarily blocking access within 30 days (hereinafter referred to as "temporary action"). do. this is the same even if gbnbox judges itself to be infringing information. if gbnbox takes necessary measures against infringing information, gbnbox immediately notifies the requester and the posting of infringing information. a member whose posted or registered information has been deleted or taken temporary measures must present an agreement between the parties to the dispute to prove that the information is not infringing information, a definitive protocol, or other sufficient evidence that the deleted or provisional measures are not infringing information. if gbnbox is requested to recover deleted information or to suspend provisional measures, gbnbox may respond to the request.
in principle, the use of the service is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there is a special business or technical obstacle. however, this is not the case when reasons such as regular inspections occur.
① about gbnbox: organization introduction, voice of customers, recruitment information, management disclosure, information disclosure, etc. provided
② support service information: introduction of overseas expansion support services such as trade and overseas investment

you must not engage in acts such as hacking, linking to obscene sites, or illegally distributing commercial software using the service, and gbnbox is not responsible for the results and losses of sales activities and legal actions by related organizations that occur in violation of this.
① in any of the following cases, all or part of the service may be restricted or suspended, and in this case, gbnbox shall not bear any responsibility to the service user or a third party regarding the suspension of service provision.
② if the contents of messages and other communication messages stored or transmitted in gbnbox are not stored or deleted due to national emergencies, power outages, service facility failures outside the scope of site management, and other force majeure, if they are not transmitted, and other communication data in case of loss, gbnbox shall not be held liable.
① when a member wishes to terminate the use contract, the member himself or herself must apply for cancellation through the internet, and gbnbox will take action after confirming the identity of the member. in this case, you can re-register as a member later according to the membership registration procedure and related provisions stipulated in the terms and conditions.
② gbnbox may terminate the use contract or suspend service use without prior notice if the member commits any of the following acts.
③ gbnbox may immediately stop providing services, disqualify members, and restrict participation in future gbnbox services in the event of any of the following reasons:
④ gbnbox notifies the member of the intention to cancel the membership by e-mail, telephone, fax, or other means by revealing the reason for the cancellation. however, gbnbox may give the member an opportunity to express his or her opinion on the reason for cancellation in advance.
⑤ in the case of corporate members of companies that have been closed or closed, the use of some marketing services, such as business application in gbnbox, may be restricted.
① in the event of a reason for restriction of use based on article 17, paragraphs 2 and 3, gbnbox may classify the company to which the member belongs as a company with restrictions on the use of gbnbox services.
② if classified as a restricted company, the use of services including business application in gbnbox may be restricted for the affiliated corporate member, and may also be excluded from receiving marketing information such as newsletters.
③ gbnbox notifies the corporate member of the company of its intention to restrict use by stating the reason for the use restriction measure through phone, e-mail, or other methods.
① gbnbox may classify ids that have not used services including log-in continuously for more than 24 months as dormant ids and suspend service use in order to prevent member information from being used for unfair purposes and to provide smoother services.
② users are notified of relevant information, such as the fact that they are classified as dormant ids and the start date of dormant conversion, by e-mail, etc., up to 30 days before they are classified as dormant ids.
③ if classified as a dormant id, the member is temporarily excluded from receiving various marketing information including newsletters.
④ if a dormant member logs in to the website again, normal use is possible through the agreement to cancel the dormancy.
① gbnbox is not responsible for the information and data obtained by members using the service.
② gbnbox is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, or any other content of information, data, or facts posted by members on the service.
③ members are not responsible for damages resulting from failure to obtain expected benefits from gbnbox or from selection or use of service data.
④ globione is not responsible for any mental or financial damage suffered by other members while using gbnbox.
⑤ there is a possibility that the personal information contained in the contents posted voluntarily and publicly by members may be collected and used by others, and globione does not take any responsibility for this risk.
⑥ globione does not represent or control other sites that members visit through gbnbox.
⑦ globione shall not be liable for damages incurred to members in relation to the use of services provided by gbnbox without intention or gross negligence of globione.
if a lawsuit is filed for a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of globione's headquarters shall be the exclusive competent court.
